just a quick news post to say i finally got a new tablet to replace my broken laptop. it's a samsung which means i can use adblock now bc firefox android supports browser extensions >:) it's got a decent camera which is great for my art (my iPhone camera is like a bit better quality, but it's also blurry in the corner and struggles to focus sometimes, gross. i much prefer clear images lmfao) so yeah in case you wanted to know how that situation was going, the answer is it's good lol

a little update if you didnt read the description on my recent, my laptop broke again and this time it's unfixable. my keyboard started typing random inputs while not letting ME make inputs, so in any case it was unusable. i figured it was a hardware issue but to be absolutely sure i tried resetting multiple times and then a full factory reset. somehow tho, without anything that could possibly cause it, it froze up during the factory reset and stayed stuck at 88% for over eight hours. and without access to my keyboard i couldnt do anything about it. thing was done for. and tbh, im surprised it took this long for it to break beyond repair like that considering it was cheap garbage from walmart. ive been having to use newgrounds on my phone browser which isnt like horrible but i really prefer using a desktop for stuff lmao. rn im trying to save for a cheap little android tablet to replace it (bc god knows im too impatient to save for a whole new laptop, unless a miracle happens and i get an extra like 200 bucks out of nowhere). soooo yeah. thats the scoop. im so upset

i meannnn yall probably already noticed from me posting and being on the forums. but yeah, im back! after moving in to the new place we had to wait about a week to get our internet set up again (the internet plan we were using before wasnt available in the place we moved to, and we had to delay getting the new internet set up because we needed permission from the trailer park's owner to put in new lines... so that explains me being gone for a week longer than expected lol... on the bright side, our new internet is a shitload faster than our old internet!!!!)

im rly happy to be back and posting my art again. i will say though, taking the time offline for a bit was kind of a big help in getting me motivated to do art for myself, and i think this fresh new start is just what i need to improve my outlook on art and my overall mental health. sorry for the ramble; just wanted to explain why ive been gone :3

well thats a tiny bit of a lie. see, i'm moving in about a week! YAY! ive been packing for a while now and since we're moving so soon i already packed up all of my paper and im planning to pack the bulk of my art stuff soon. all i have left out is my sketchbook and some art supplies, and i dont personally like to post my sketchbook stuff cuz its meant to be 1000x more personal and self indulgent than my more serious finished stuff, so until i get moved in to the new place i wont be posting any new art at all. i'll still try to be active on NG ofc but no new posts for a while :3

yesterday i ran into a problem with my laptop that more or less completely bricked it and was only fixable by me forcing it to factory reset. so unfortunately, that means i lost all my files, obviously that includes all my art that i had saved. luckily between Newgrounds and Discord and all the images on my phone i have all my stuff archived. but still, its a little irritating. im just glad the computer still works cuz i cant afford a new one right now. idk why im making this news post ig im just still upset about the whole situation

i didnt realize until just today that i reached 1 year on newgrounds?! holy shit! this is awesome! this is probably one of the friendliest art communities ive ever had the pleasure to be a part of. ive met a lot of really cool people in the forums and found a lot of awesome artists from just browsing the portal and checking out the featured art every morning.

my life IRL is starting to turn around for the better, but i wont really get into all that. just know that posting my art on NG (especially in the past month) has been a big part of what's been keeping me going through everything i've been struggling with. i know it's sappy but its true. here's to next year being just as awesome. stay sexy everyone, yall are awesome :3

i have examples on my profile, ofc. i'm doing single character fullbody drawings for $20 USD, + $5 USD to add color! keep in mind that i mainly focus on horror, gore, and general goth inspired stuff, so i probably won't be totally on board with drawing something like an overtly cutesy character. i'm willing to negotiate though, like if you want a goth or horror interpretation of them. im also not comfortable drawing full-blown NSFW, especially if you're under 18, but i'll gladly do pinups or nonsexual nudity! so anyways, shoot me a private message if you're interested! :D
